Indoor micro modular data center with enclosed rack rows, precision cooling and integrated infrastructure

Indoor Modular Data Center Solution

Micro Modular Data Center

An indoor prefabricated data center solution that integrates racks, UPS, power distribution, precision cooling, monitoring, containment and fire protection around the required IT capacity.

Solution Overview

A coordinated infrastructure system.

A micro modular data center provides a coordinated alternative to building a conventional server room system by system. ZTMM can configure a single self-contained rack, a compact multi-rack module or a row-based enclosed data hall according to IT load, room conditions, redundancy, maintenance access and growth requirements.

Configurations

Select the right deployment architecture.

All-in-One Rack Data Center

A compact single-cabinet system for edge sites, branches and small equipment rooms, integrating UPS, battery, precision cooling, monitoring and optional fire protection.

Multi-Rack Micro Data Center

An enclosed modular system for several IT racks with coordinated power, in-row cooling, monitoring and aisle containment.

Row-Based Modular Data Center

A scalable indoor rack-row architecture for enterprise and campus data rooms requiring clearer system zoning, redundancy and phased expansion.

Integrated Systems

Engineered around connected infrastructure.

IT racks, containment and cable management
UPS, batteries, PDU and busway distribution
In-rack, in-row or room-level precision cooling
Environmental monitoring, access control and fire protection

Technical Design Basis

Capacity is defined by verified requirements.

IndoorDeployment
Single rack to multi-rowScale
Precision air or chilled waterCooling
Modular and phasedExpansion

Delivered and Engineering Capability

Claims separated by evidence.

Delivered references range from all-in-one rack deployments to multi-module indoor facilities. Final capacity and redundancy are selected from the verified IT schedule, room constraints and site power conditions.

FAQ

FAQ

What is a micro modular data center?

It is a prefabricated indoor data center system that integrates racks, power, cooling, monitoring, containment and safety functions into a coordinated module.

How small can the solution be?

The smallest configuration can be a single all-in-one rack. A typical entry configuration can be described as approximately 5kW of total supported equipment and infrastructure capacity, subject to the selected UPS, cooling unit and IT load.

Can several modules be installed in one room?

Yes. Multiple rack rows or enclosed modules can share upstream electrical, cooling and monitoring infrastructure when interfaces and redundancy are coordinated during design.

Does the module include servers?

The standard scope focuses on data center infrastructure. Server, storage and network equipment can be coordinated with the design but are defined separately by the project scope.

Discuss your Micro Modular Data Center requirement.

Share the target IT load, rack density, site conditions, redundancy and cooling preference.
