AI Data Center Pod with high-density racks, overhead busway, cable trays and liquid-cooling infrastructure

High-Density AI and HPC Infrastructure

AI Data Center Pod

A high-density prefabricated IT environment for GPU and HPC racks, integrating overhead power, network pathways, liquid-cooling distribution, monitoring and service access as one coordinated pod.

Solution Overview

A coordinated infrastructure system.

An AI Data Center Pod is broader than a containerized IT module. It can be installed indoors or incorporated into a prefabricated campus, and it is engineered around the selected server platform, rack density, coolant requirements, power distribution and maintenance strategy. The Electrical Pod and cooling plant may remain separate but coordinated parts of the overall solution.

Configurations

Select the right deployment architecture.

Indoor AI Data Center Pod

A high-density rack-row system installed inside a data hall with overhead busway, network trays, liquid manifolds, monitoring and service clearances.

Prefabricated AI IT Pod

A factory-integrated IT module for modular campuses, connected to separate electrical, hydronic and heat-rejection infrastructure.

Hybrid-Cooled AI Pod

Direct-to-chip liquid cooling for high-density components combined with precision air cooling for residual heat and conventional equipment.

Integrated Systems

Engineered around connected infrastructure.

High-density GPU or HPC racks and service clearances
Busway, PDU, cable trays and network pathways
Rack, row or facility CDU and liquid-cooling manifolds
Leak detection, DCIM, environmental monitoring and controls

Delivered and Engineering Capability

Claims separated by evidence.

Delivered high-density references include 150kW+ per rack. Architectures above 200kW per rack can be engineered for emerging GPU platforms, but final capacity depends on the verified server heat load, coolant temperatures, flow, pressure drop, redundancy and facility heat-rejection system.

FAQ

FAQ

Is an AI Data Center Pod the same as a containerized IT Pod?

Not necessarily. A containerized IT Pod is an IT module inside a containerized project. An AI Data Center Pod is a high-density rack environment that may be indoor, containerized or part of a larger prefabricated campus.

Does an AI Data Center Pod require an Electrical Pod?

It requires suitable electrical infrastructure, but that infrastructure may be provided by an existing building system, a dedicated Electrical Pod or another modular power arrangement.

Does direct liquid cooling remove all air cooling?

Usually not. Power supplies, networking, storage and other components may still reject heat to air, so residual air cooling must be calculated.

Can the pod support 200kW or more per rack?

It can be engineered for 200kW+ rack designs when the selected server platform, CDU, manifolds, facility-water loop, power distribution and redundancy are verified together.
