Why do project pages separate IT load and total facility power?

IT load covers servers, storage and networking. Total facility power also includes cooling, UPS losses, pumps, controls, lighting and other supporting systems, so the two values should not be presented as interchangeable.

What information is needed for a preliminary layout?

Provide the site location, target IT load, rack quantity and density, server cooling interface, redundancy level, utility voltage, ambient conditions and required deployment date.

Can delivered references be copied directly?

They are useful starting points, but every project must be recalculated for local codes, climate, grid conditions, equipment selections, transport constraints and operating strategy.

Can ZTMM support phased campus expansion?

Yes. Modular blocks can be planned for staged deployment when future electrical capacity, cooling headers, controls, access and reserved space are included in the master plan.
